Terms of Service

HELM Harbor provides marina operations software for reservations, billing, team administration, integrations, support, and operational records. Approved operator teams are responsible for user access, customer data accuracy, local regulatory compliance, and connected provider credentials.

HELM-managed services may require approval before executing payment, access, connected-system, or assistant-initiated write actions.

Support requests, plan selections, and connected-service changes are retained for operating history and account review.

Use of connected third-party services remains subject to each provider's terms and data-processing obligations.
